seanSean R. Nicholson has been working with Web Development, Intranet portals, document management, and content management systems for more than 10 years. He has worked with large and small companies, including independent consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 & 100 companies. Sean has also worked in the public sector with boards or tourism, downtown improvement districts, and has served as both Alderman and Mayor of a Missouri city. His understanding of organizational behavior and its impact on technology has come from a combination of experience and analysis.

Sean currently works for an Enterprise Content Management software development company and provides consulting services to the commercial and non-profit sector. In his “spare time”, he travels with his family, goes for long motorcycle rides, reads fiction, and writes books on Web Development using Dreamweaver.

Dan Kneeshaw has more than 10 years experience leading projects and managing teams for a Fortune 100 company.  These projects have ranged from on-line customer support and e-Commerce applications to an Enterprise wide Intranet Portal and Content Management System.  His specific areas of focus have been on Project, Program and Release Management, Operations Management, and Requirements Development.

Dan is currently responsible for the Intranet Portal Strategy, Delivery and Business Operations support at a major telecommunications company.  He recently helped lead the effort to establish the Web 2.0 approach for employee based communication and social networking within the company.

Dan is an avid sports fan and most of his time away from work is spent participating in some kind of sport, coaching his oldest son’s baseball team or hanging out and having fun with the family.


Angie Cullen

Angela Cullen has more than 10 years of knowledge management experience focusing on process improvement and employee collaboration for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Angie has led highly-visible enterprise portal implementations, as well as projects focusing on the re-engineering of document management and call center processes.

Angela focuses on creating open lines of communication between business process owners, employees, and IT personnel to maximize intranet and process adoption. In her current role for an Enterprise Content Management software company, she drives initiatives to capture and store corporate knowledge with a strong focus on quality, searchability, and accuracy.
